As per the title, if anyone could shed some light on this as I'm curious. The VRAM on my GPU seems to be possibly effected by core voltage and I'm doubtful this is due to the temperature increase?
Cant say i noticed that at all, like ya say might just be yours chips everyone is different, i got lucky with mine i think. if i leave the core pretty low i can turn mine up to 2000 mhz at 1.7v, the main thing i see effecting vmem stability is the stability of the core overclock, the closer the core gets to its max stable overclock the more unstable the memory gets and has to be lowered in speed, it also works in reverse if i put the mem up to their max overclock around 2000 mhz my gpu becomes unstable and only achieves a fairly low overclock so ya have to balance the 2.
I guess it may be down to reaching the max power output of the card or the PSU, there just might not be enough power to go around. All just guesses though
