can i flash my cards ati bios without a floppy drive ? can i use a usb flash pen? i am using vista x64?

Make the usb stick a dos boot drive, then sure. Thats what I do, works a treat.

You boot from it, so nothing to do with any other OS.

I just flashed both of my HD3870s from CD/USB. It can be done pretty easily.
