Can i add a blog to a html/php site?

As you can see i'm no web builder but neither is anyone else in the club

We want to add some kind of blog so users can update what the club has been doing.

I've been reading various web pages for an age and can't work where to start.

Can anyone give me a start or point me in the correct direction?

Download and install wordpress. Loads of tuts out there too and plenty of free themes if you don't fancy styling it yourself.

installing wordpress is best bet, nice and easy to install and ready to use straight after installation.

To optimize the site id suggest getting rid of gheynet

I should hope so.. even they wouldnt have the front to make people pay for such a poor service .
Id certainly never go back there after 5 years of sufferage
For a couple of quid a year you can get a much better hosting service.
