Been resarching and started seeing pci E 3.0 on the asrock and msi boards. Also 22nm cpu support on gigabyte boards.

Should i consider a different motherboard?
Never used kingston memory how does it compare to the corsair vengance LP i had my eyes on?
Finally would i benefit from going for faster mem like this http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-292-CS&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1387 ?

Any help would be much apreciated/

Cheaper cooler - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HS-001-GD&groupid=701&catid=57&subcat=1395

Which is good.

Should i consider a different motherboard?

Yes,

Less money - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-458-AS

Or Gen3 - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-188-MS&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=1990

Finally would i benefit from going for faster mem like this

Nope, all the ram guides show 1600mhz and modest timings is the sweat spot.

Go for a Gen3 board. As you correctly stated, they have PCI-E 3.0 and support for 22nm Ivy Bridge.

I would change the cooler to this:

The Kingston is good quality RAM; stick with that. You won't be able to notice any speed difference going with that faster RAM, and it has very tall heatsinks and so will get in the way of a lot of coolers.

Are there any other gen 3 boards worth looking into and will all z68 boards support ivy bridge with a bios update?

Does Asrock have a good reputation? Nice review on that board and found quite a bit cheaper after a quick search, although not in stock anyware.
