Can I borrow £1?

Hi guys,

I would really appreciate it if somebody would be kind enough to lend me £1. I want to buy something off the bay and was planning to do this today (buy it now auction) but i'm short of 19p . It's the kind of item that may be snapped up quickly and it'd be frustrating if i lost out on it because of 19p!

If anyone is willing to help me out that would be great, I'll also pay you back £6 (£5 profit!!!) instead of £1 to say thank you when i get paid on thursday . Either that or i'll mail you a cookie.

I'm with HSBC so i'm guessing you would have to be too so that the transfer goes through instantly?

if your buyiing of the bay, paypal is accepted 99% of the time so YES you can use your balance, check the auction page it will say on there

Very nice amp for the money! As suggested above the matching CD player is excellent.

Aye, I'm well chuffed right now. It will be my first Hi-Fi system, I've yet to buy the speakers for it. It was either this amp or a Cambridge Audio A5. Glad i spent the extra now.

Also, I'll be taking it to uni with me so there won't be room for a CD player such as that, as nice as it is. No room for all my CD's come to think of it either. Will have to set about ripping them to FLAC.

Consider picking up something like the M-Audio Audiophile 2496 soundcard on the cheap if you are going to use your pc for music.

Speak wise Mordaunt Shorts usually go well with Marantz amps, might be worth trying a pair of 902i bookshelfs?
