Equal to this setup
EVGA. nForce 650i ultra Intel Core 2 Duo Wolfdale E8200 2.66GHz
6MB Cache Dual Core 1333MHz 4 Gig DIMM-DRAM NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS with 512 DDR3 memory (PCIe 1.00 x16)

For around $800 dollars? Just say if I can, no links are needed.

Look at putting a Sandybridge i3, H67 Mini ITX motherboard and a cheap GeForce card (GTX 460 maybe) into a Sugo SG05 - smaller than a shoebox, wipes the floor with your reference spec.

Hehe, ya, I really only upgrade if a game I want requires it. It would be nice to have a nice small system, be awesome to do one in a NES case, but that requires messing with the case & it is a bit small to do a system with any power in. I found 3 things that look good, but they are on estore sites & I know OcUK no like linkies like that.

That case is cheaper, so thanx for that.

Short answer. Yes. :D

Long answer.

SG05 with 450W PSU
Gigabyte GA-H55N USB3
i5 860
Corsair Vegeance Blue 2 x 4GB
Intel 160GB G2 SSD
Slimline DVD drive (needed an adaptor)
Sapphire HD6950 2GB

Currently typing using the above.

Using the stock cooler at the moment because the CPU placement is too close to the graphics card to allow my NT06E. CPU runs day to day in the 40's (degrees C) and GPU runs at about 45. Up to 60 and 70 respectively during 3DMark.

Using an SSD enables you to leave out the 3.5" HDD bracket, which does improve the airflow.

Love it! :D

Cool< :D
