Can i cancel my order once it’s already shipped in italy?

Hello guys im a new here, just wanted to ask if it possible to cancel my order cause i didn’t know that i will need to pay another 300 euro for tax here in italy, i was aware of paying something but not hundreds, just want to know if it’s still possible to cancel and if possible will they refund it whole or they will deduct some extra fees? thank yoy
