Can i claim for pothole damage on the A1

can i claim for the damage to my car?

smashed the front passager coil spring

I've taken photo of the pothole it only cost me £110 to replace the spring so either way its no real loss. who do i report the hole to?

Nope, for A1 it will be the Highways Agency
