can i connect a 3 pin case fan to a PSU ?

i have 2 fans on my case that use 3 pin how ever my motherboard only as 2 fan conecters (1 being used by the cpu heat sink ) so i need to find a way to conect two fans to my power suppy.

how can i do this ?
