Can I connect a PS3 to my monitor ?

I have the following connector available on my monitor (apologies for rubbish pic)



This is the RGB right ?

Anyway, can I connect a PS3 to this and will it give HD quality ?

I don't do a vast ammount of PC gaming to be honest, and I'll only be running in 1650X1050 (the maximum my Samsung SyncMaster 223BW will allow.)

So I guess that's only 1080i ?

I could swap my connectors round I guess !!
