Yes. The Intel standard requires each motherboard header to be able to provide 1.2A at 12V (14.4W). Your fan should have a current or wattage figure written on it eg. Yate Loon fans are usually rated at something like 0.38A at 12V so you could attach 3 of those.
Arctic Cooling PWM fans can be daisy-chained upto 5 per 4-pin header, so that may be a better solution, especially if you have a Gigabyte motherboard with lots of 4-pin connectors.
