Can I connect multiple screens to my PC?

I wanted to connect 3 screens to one PC: One 55'' TV and two 22'' monitors.

Can I make all of them show different things (e.g. one website on each of the monitors, while showing a movie on the TV), but still have one mouse pointer that moves between the three of them?

It is basically like having three monitors next to each other, exept one of them is a TV, and I want to put different things on each screen.

Also, I only have one HDMI and one DVI port on my GPU and the same on my mobo.

(This is my old PC with a Radeon 6950. Please don't question why I do this.)

If you have the correspoinding io on your tv and monitors then it will be fine. Windows will automatically allow you to mouse from one screen to the next, but you may have to change the display settings to rearrange the different screens

Are you absolutely sure of the outputs? The reference 6950 has 2 DVI's, 1 HDMI and 2 mini-displayports.

Assuming this is the same as your outputs (some non reference cards will differ) and depending on what inputs the displays have then what you are suggesting is easily possible. You just might require some adapters in the display chain.
