Can I convert an ATX PSU to use in an AT machine??

I have a piece of industrial equipment that runs the OS9 operating system, and the PC power supply has died. It's an AT *NOT* an ATX supply. Can I modify an ATX supply to run it? Or can you still find new old stock AT power supplies? thanks.
