Can I delete these files from my MacbookPro?

So Im doing a bit of spring cleaning on my Macbook at the moment, and trying to cleanse it a little. Whilst going through my documents section, I find the following Folder:

RDC Connections.

Inside the folder is on file:

Default.rdp

I don't quite know where this came from, or what it is. Does anyone know if I can just delete it without any issue?

Looks like MS Office Remote Desktop.

Other programmes might rely on it.
