Can I demand a replacement?

My Samsung TV was repaired the other day, however, I have just noticed distinct black marks on the top of the screen.

How many repairs should I put up with before I demand a completely different TV?

You can certainly demand it gets fixed or replaced. Any quality team would notice those marks.

Cant say if they will honor it though

I would kick up a fuss , i did with Sony and they soon replaced my set

A bodge repair. Contact Samsung direct over phone and get them to sort it.
