Can i disable my graphics?

Is it possible to do this on a laptop? because like most laptops im having trouble with heat and i know the gfx will be a large cuplrit so i was wondering if it is possible to disable the gfx as i dont play any games on it....

I already have it on a cooling pad most of the time.....Is there anything else you guys can recommend i do to keep it cooler? it is a 7200

It is fully clean....What program should i use to underclock? and Superewza do you mean thermal paste?

Supermoto please do as i am thinking of doing one myself but using one of those large coolermaster fans from the HAF cases.....How do you wire the fan up though?
