When I bought windows Vista 32 bit, I was able with a fiddle to do a fresh install. I am running vista 32 and want to install windows 7 64, but on a new hardisc and I only have the upgrade disc. Any help would be appriciated.
Can I do a fresh install windows 7, with upgrade software?
