My router is set up with WPA2(dont want to change this)
My nephew got a DSi which only has WEP i believe
If i put a wireless pci card into the gaming pc(which is 100mb wired to router) i let him use when he stays over can i use ICS
so that he can use the DSi to access the net?
This pc is only on during the day so the security of the wireless card is not really an issue also we are in a relatively `safe`area, only crinkelys around :D

You don't need to use ICS. Just bridge them.

The bigger issue will be getting the two to connect in an ad-hoc setup, or getting the wireless adapter to play as a wireless access point.

Just a thought... could you buy a cheap wireless access point and plug that into the router? It will be a little more expensive than a wireless card but you won't need to leave your PC on.

Already got a cheap pci wireless card in the cupboard and the pc i plan on installing it into is only used when the nephews visit anyway
Thanks for the idea though :)
