Hi,
I have (a now ageing, but good enough for me) HIS 3870*2 which has 2 monitor outputs but as it's only 1 card I can't separately calibrate the 2 monitors - with a Spyder 2.
I do have an older pci-e card, can I add this but not use it in sli or pair it with the HIs card.
I want just to use it to drive 1 monitor and then profile it for use in Photoshop/Lightroom and thus have both monitors calibrated.
I know Mac's can separately profile monitors on the same graphics card but that this is not possible under windows.
In a nutshell can I run mismatched cards not paired or for performance reasons? And what are the pitfalls if any.
