Simple question, can I upgrade my Radeon R5 M435 to a Radeon RX 580 red dragon. My current PSU only does 180 w max, so I guess I may have to upgrade that as well. Any advice would be really gratefully recieved.

You need at least a 500W PSU for the 580.

A 1650 super is slightly better than the rx 580 but depends on what price your paying for the rx 580.

I would probably get a new PSU so you are unrestricted in your choice.

If you are looking for the best value GPU upgrade it would be worth waiting a couple of months for Nvidia + AMD new cards to become readily available as prices will continue to plummet.

If you on a tight budget for both PSU and GPU, you can find second-hand GTX 970s for £65-75 to hold you over until prices settle.

What's the rest of your PC specs? i.e. processor, RAM, HDDs/SSDs etc

Tbf isn't that a mobile laptop GPU, or am I missing something?

There's a good question, I think it goes, Processor AMD A10-9700 RADEON R7, 10 COMPUTE CORES 4C+6G 3.50 GHzth , Ram 16.0 GB (15.4 GB usable), SSD samsung mz7ln128hchp-000h1, HDD: Sata with 1.7 TB free, plus a couple of external HDDs, does that help, sorry bit new to all this.

Sparx, under my display drivers I have AMD Radeon R5 M435 and AMD R7 graphics, this inside a HP Pavilion desktop, 570-p0xx.
