i've just bought a dlink modem and dlink router.
both of them come without an on/off switch (which is not very convenient - why do they make them like this?) so i fancy fitting a switch onto the cable (kind of like you get on a light switch).
is there any reason why i shouldn't do this. i can't see any but i'm not an expert on electrics.
