Thanks that looks fantastic, would it be possible remove or reduce the artefacts and pixilation at all?

Very difficult as the original image is pixelated quite a bit of compression has occured. Do you have a less compressed version? Maybe even a RAW

I doubt there is a RAW original in existence or OP has it.

People who know about RAW generally have the software to edit it thus chances are they wouldn't start this thread in the first place.
