Hey there, I might sound like a complete noob here but iv never really messed about with overclocking ram before
iv got 16gb xms3 1333mhz, heres some pictures etc of whats going on, can I get some more speed out of it, and will I actually notice any real difference that's worth bothering with?
24/7 I run my cpu @ 4.5ghz in summer because of the heat, and in winter 5ghz, but planning on going for a corsair H110 soon, and ill be lapping my cpu and then keeping it at 5ghz all year round or even push it a bit higher. I run 4.5ghz @ a supprising low 1.280v and its 24hr prime stable, and for 5ghz, I need 1.4v prime stable 24hr, which throws a fair bit more heat out, but in the winter, im glad it warms me up as up here in the country side the house gets freezing. and iv never had any problems so far.
im happy with the speed of my system I guess, just wondered if it would make any real world difference overclocking my ram a bit.
thanks
