Do OCUK allow refunds on items less than 30 days old that are defective?

I am going to the shop tomorrow any way to ask for a refund, just thought I'd ask to see if anyone could answer me for peace of mind.

You'll get a definite answer in the shop, or by posting in CS as suggested, but I think the answer is yes though the time period may be 28 days.

I'm pretty sure when I've taken something faulty back shortly after purchase the option was to refund or replace.

Faulty products are subject to testing though so you may not get a refund/replacement immediately.
