Can i get Ati catalyst on its own w/o driver?

Hi all,

There is only 1 driver that works with my Asus Radeon HD3450 in my media pc (only one the will natively output via HDMI), i have managed to get the driver files for my new install from a previous install but am in need of the Catalyst software to adjust the screen size on my tv.

Is there either a way to extract and use the catalyst from the old install or download just the catalyst software without installing the driver?

Ati tray tools, but yeah u can just grab the drivers with catalyst and unselect drivers when installing so cats are just installed iirc.
