Can I get contact information from itunes iphone backup?

Hello!

My iPhone has died and I've got a £9.99 phone as a temporary thing until the new version comes out but the trouble I have is all my numbers were on the iPhone.

Is there anyway I can get them out of itunes or one of the iphone backups?

I had the same problem a while back. A neat little app called Mobile Sync Browser will sort you out
