Can I get my V+ box linked to another room without a multiroom subscription?

I'm not worried about watching different chanells just want to be able to watch it in a different room!
I know sky used to have the 2nd rf input but V+ doesn't

I forgot to add I already have an rf lead running from the tv to the bedroom (currently used from aeriel socket for better signal in bedroom! Could that be used without having to run more cable?
