Can I get PSVR to work with Dirt Rally on the PC?

I have an old MOMO Racing wheel which isn't compatible with the PS4, is there any way to hack the PSVR to show Dirt Rally in full VR?

Would a 1060 3gb be enough to provide a high enough frame rate?

I've no idea if or how it works. I remember one of the guys on the VR roundtable pod saying he had it running on elite.

Works fine I ran it on a 7950 only issue I had was it would put me 180 degree round every time I reset view.
