can i get some help with my games and my GPU please

hey guys,

im noticing a lot of screen tearing and stuttering when playing games

mostly LOTRO and skyrim but its really starting to bug me now, ive downloaded RadeonPro but i have no idea how to set it up with my games

so could you guys guide me on how to stop these annoying things while im playing games?

also can you make games look better with RadeonPro?

my system spec is:
core i5 760 @ 3.5ghz
msi p55 gd80
2x4GB corsair XMS3 1600mhz
AMD HD 6990 @ 900/1350
1TB HDD
ASUS xonar DGX 5.1
and my monitor is a 23" samsung syncmaster p2470 60hz
