can i have 2 wireless networks running at the same time?

a little help please at the min i have a blueyonder wireless setup but im swaping to adsl 2 im waitng for it to be turned on so can i have both of these running till the adsl line is turned on?

You can, but they will effect the performance of each other unless they are put on non-overlapping channels.
