Can i have some advice on 4gb of DDR2 Ram for the following combination :

CPU : Intel Q6600

Mobo : Asus P5Q Pro

I would like 4gb of ram, it doesnt matter if its in 2 sticks or 4 stick

I would like to be able to overclock the CPU with it.

So which is the best Ram for doing this? If possible try and keep the price relative to the performance [eg. not too over the top]

Also what brands work best with this combination?

okay, what is the beneficial of paying the extra 10-20 quid for a set of 8500 over a set of 6400 ? what overclocking potential etc?

but if i was to get a 9300 or 9450 Yorkfield then it would need to be PC8500 right?

is this to do with the 1600/1333/1066 FSB figures in terms of the cpu capability and the mobo potential?

will the next generation of intel processors do 1600? since the ones available at the moment seem capable of either 1333 or 1066
