I'm a careful driver. No current points etc.
Today I got a NIP dated nearly two weeks ago -well within the 14 days from the alleged offence so police within time frame.
I work Monday to Friday in a city about 200 miles from home and live Monday - Friday with family. (Short term contract for a few weeks and I'm a single parent so bubble allowed) The alleged offence is Driving without due care and attention and is dated to have happened on x date at midnight - time written as 0.00.
Except the photos show my car, clearly as it is daylight, as they were taken in daylight -sun is visible is the sky and it rose at 6am and set at 6pm. I was not on that road from 9pm the previous evening to 9am the day post the NIP.
On x date I was never on that road.
I was the previous evening at 5pm and 5 days later at 5pm. The photos don't seem to be showing me doing anything wrong -I don't seem too close -they are not saying it was an RTA.
What should I do?
My family can also verify I was not on the road at 0.00.
