can i have this many fans?

does this motherboard Gigabyte GA-P55-USB3 Intel P55 have enough headers to power 5 fans:
2x140mm
3x120mm
or do i need a fan controller to get them all running?

1 x CPU fan header
2 x system fan headers
1 x power fan header

You'll need either a splitter, a molex converter or a fan controller.
