Can I import my outlook calender in to iCal?

Hey, my new iMac will be arriving in just over a week and I'm selling my pc.

I'm going to transfer my data (about 600GB) to my iMac via firewire 400 and I was wondering if iCal would be able to import my calendar (and contacts or is that through mail?) by reading an outlook data file?
