Can i join all 4 guilds in Oblivion?

Simple question really in the title.

I have not gotten very far in the game, and before i make the wrong choices when joining a guild, can anyone confirm if i can join all 4 at once please? Or once i've picked one i have to stick with it?

Simple answer is yes you can join all 4 guilds

Wouldnt say 'amazing' mods - i havent tried a load, but theres:

1. Realistic arrow flight, instead of visible 'paper aeroplane' arrows
2. Unlimited ring/amulet mods. Ring more realistic, perhaps impose a self-limit of say, 3 rings per hand instead of 1.
3. Vampire cure potion mod. Theres a shop in the Imperial city which sells a vampirism cure, incase you accidentally get cursed and didnt drink that potion in time. Or you just feel like obliging Vincenti Valtieri before you.... *spoiler*
