All depends on the companys policy as to how they give out Mac keys some will only do it over the phone as you have to deal with the retention team first. For the email address have a look on their web site.

Is everyone els finding that nildram has been **** over the last month or so?

I certainly have. I'm this far **holds fingers a short distance apart** from swapping ISP.

the only thing is I don't want to be tied down to a 12 month contract and I don't want more than 2 days without the internet whilst migrating.

Well I got a mac code by ringing Nilldram a few month ago but didn't use it. Now as has been said its rubbish for my torrents so im of to uknsf. :)

At least until that becomes rubbish too.

well UKFSN seem to be planing for the future in getting new pipes and giving eveyone a fair crack of the bandwidth at peek times .. ;) if they do got bad its only a months contract too.. ;)

Fixed. ;)

(and also now quoted for truth.)

Ah lovely - more people leaving Nildram.
Keeps my connection nice and quiet so I can continue to enjoy 750k/sec download rates during the evening.
I love my Nildram connection - have done since the very beginning.
However I don't use P2P - It was terrible for a while, when everyone jumped on to Nildram when their current ISP's started restricting and shaping.
They then proceeded to drag Nildram the same way - and now they are all off to pastures new again :)
