can i lower my timings?

ive got this memory http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-188-CS&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=1389
due to OC'ing my cpu im running this ram @ 1440mhz (the next highest avi was 1804mhz) and i was thinking of lowering the 7-7-7-20 timing, how low would they likely go @ 1440mhz? and would it make much difference if i did?
would it be worth trying to see if it is stable at 1804mhz instead?

Worst that can happen is that your OC will just reset. There might be a difference but I doubt you'd notice it in any real world applications, gaming, photoshop processing etc.

you'll see very little real world difference, but that shouldnt stop you from having a tinker.

it might go lower, it might refuse to post, luck of the draw!

hmm, tried it at 6-6-6-17 & 6-6-6-18 and computer says no :/
if i ran it at 1804mhz and it didnt like it would it also just fail to post? i dont want it to work but be too hot and end up damaging it

XMS3 is good quality RAM, 1800MHz should be achievable quite easily, just loosen the timings and test.
