Can I make my PS2 do this?

I've got a Freeview box and a PS2. When my Freeview box is plugged into the scart the TV automaticaly switchs over to freeview, but it won't do the same with my PS2.

Is there anyway to mod my PS2 scart cable (it's an AV cable with an adaptor) so my TV automaticaly switch over when I turn on the PS2.

I know it sounds lazy but I don't have a remote for my TV so at the moment I can't use it with the PS2 at all.

What do you mean by AV cable with adaptor. Most cables are AV.

If you mean what I think you do, and that is you are using the standard supplied lead, Red, white and yellow into the scart adaptor then what you need to do is buy a PS2 -> Scart lead, making sure that it is fuly wired.
