Can I mount a h100i vertically?

It doesn't fit in the top slot in my corsair 500r, so I'm thinking of putting it vertically at the front of my case? Any reason not to?

I know it's not quite the same, but I've found no difference in temps whether my H80 is mounted vertically or horizontally.

H100i works fine vertically, just try to place the top of the radiator higher than the pump and pipe entry to radiator at the bottom, this will allow any air/cavitation in the system to accumulate at the top of the radiator away from the pump

Thanks for the responses guys but I didn't bother to check if the tubes would reach the front fan mounts- turns out they can't so I'm dropping the vertical front mounted idea!
