Can I only sign up to Playstation Plus from PS3?

Hi all,

I have the latest update 2.00 for PS Vita and want to sign up to PS Plus, I know normally you get the Playstation Plus option on PS3, how do I sign up to it using Vita?

I have a PS3 but its not where I am based currently

No, it's just an item you buy in the PS Store - there were screenshots of it in the PS Blog so I'm assuming it works the same way on PS Vita as it does on the PS3

Doh! yep your right, it wasnt showing last night I thought it was an instant thing after getting firmware 2.00.

Signed up and nice got uncharted for free!

I think the store might only have updated today too (or at least they generally tend to do them every Wednesday)

Nope but got that downloaded too, been playing resident evil dc since I got it!

Just to let you know, the subscriptions stack, so when they have a sale for 12 months at around £30-32 (as opposed to like £40) you can buy that and it'll add on the time. Considering the price of GA alone though it's a pretty good deal even at full price.

You should also be able to add the PS3 games to your download list so you can play them too once you have access to your PS3 again.
