Afternoon, I don't often venture into here but I've got a quick query about Outlook 2007 and opening my calendar to everyone in the organisation - the issue isn't whether I can do it but whether I can do it without emailing everyone with a message that I've shared my calendar?
I used to have my calendar open to all in the previous version of Outlook we had installed which was fine as it saved me having to individually set it up so people could view my calendar but now along with other changes Outlook wants to notify people if I'm sharing my calendar. All I want is for anyone in the organisation to be able to view it if they choose to.
Any help with this would be appreciated but if it's not possible I'll just chalk it up to being yet another "improvement".
