Can I play music from my computer out my laptop?

This is going to be a completely random question but atm my desktop computer has no speakers.

Is there any way to connect my laptop to my desktop so that what i play on my desktop it comes out the laptop speakers?

Or is this impossible

Its the same as a 3.5mm headphone jack, Might be a combined in/out one.

Basically.. Desktop Headphone Port -> Laptop Mic Port.

Alternatively, Setup 2 Skype accounts, run a cable from the Headphone Port on the Desktop to the Desktop LineIn/Mic Port. Change speaker settings so you cannot listen to yourself so the sound wont be in a infinite loop. Open Skype, call your Laptops skype account and music will play anywhere as long as the laptop has internet
