Can I power my PC through a smart plug?

I have a TP-Link Tap smart plug with energy monitoring and i'm curious to know how much electricity my PC is using per week. I dont really know a whole lot electrics and whatnot and I just want to check that it's safe to using a smart plug with a PC since i'd quite like to avoid burning my house down. FWIW my power supply is an EVGA 850W.

It's will be fine it rated at a maximum load of 2990w at 13amps.

From the Specification Page for that device:

“Working Status Maximum Load: 2990W, 13 A”

2990W is actually 12.4A at 240V, but that device could supply 3 PCs with the same power consumption as yours.
