Can I re use a win 7 upgrade disc?

It looks like the licence is limited to one main machine and one portable device.

You can use the disc as many times as you like.

It's having the appropriate licence key that's important.

I should add that the 'additional device' is not applicable to Win 7.

You can re-use the serial number from your old machine, but remember you should only have the serial number on one PC at a time. Also you can use the upgrade media to do a re-format and new install of windows but it may give you errors when you try to activate the product online.
I descovered this when I re-formatted my grandparents PC not that long ago, there are guides online that can show you the various registry tweeks to get around the activation installation media problems if you ask google.
