can i remove/ delete this driver -drivers\inpoutx64.sys

basically im trying to play valorant online but have an issue with a driver i think whn i try and play the anti cheat system roit games uses vanguard blocks something on my pc in fact it gives me the message '\device\harddiscvolume3\windows\system32\drivers\inpoutx64.sys after some reseach this is a appears to be a useless driver with very low security hance why vanguard flags it a guess but i just need to know can i delete this .... which i tried looking into but i cant find the file on my pc anyware in apps to uninstall it i can only find the actual driver in driver management is it safe to uninstal or delete this with out it harming my pc or if anyone had a similar issue with valorant and this software i also read this is something to do with my motherboard and its rbg lighting .... so also will disabling this driver affect my motherboard l.e.d's or not ?
 
Looks like it's either to do with rgb
Or possibly mouse or keyboard software
On this page there's a reg file to remove it
And to put it back if causes a problem once removed
Obviously with reg files you have to decide if its a trustworthy source
Or you can delete the registry entries manually
But would have to record what you did in case want to put them back
 
I had this come up just now too, for the first time.

Not sure if the two are related but I had exited vanguard to do a stress test, rebooted my PC then that error came up
