Can I retrofit an old driving wheel to an xbox sx

I have a really old force feedback driving wheel.

Does anyone know if there is a way to connect this? It uses USB so I can't connect it to a controller, unless usb to usb C would work.

When I use to use it on Windows it required drivers to work. Is it to old to plug and play on an Series X?

usb to usb c is fine but maybe not on the controller.
