ive bought a soundcard and a headset and they dont seem to go together very well. ideally i would like to send 1 back (not sure which yet) and purchase sumthing that works better. ive opned both products but i still have the package/box they came in. i purchased on the monday and it arrived yesterday. can i get a refund on the items even tho they are not faulty? note: i didnt buy these items from overclockers but 1 of their competitors

it got sent from uk mainland (im in belfast) which day does the 7 days start from? the day i made the order (monday) or the day i received them (wednesday)

do i have to phone for an RMA number or can it be got on their website?

Should have bought some different headphones jake. Soundcard is a bargain at the price you could have bagged some of those Corsair heaphones earlier for £29 as well. ;)

yeah i should have bought a headset that suits the DG or a soundcard that suits the Kaves. the DG is pumping out luvly sounds in music and the Kaves are performing well alongside it for Blu ray movies (band of brothers gun battles is superb) but it all seems to go pants up when it comes to games like bad company 2 and medal of honor (both 5.1) they suddenly dont like each other. i was a bit trigger happy when i got these, i basically read over the reviews on ocuk for the DG and scanned 1 quick review for the Kaves which seen them as solid performers. seen both were 5.1 and pulled the trigger. should have took a little more time

let me state again, incase people are thinking of buying either of these. both these products defo seem to do the business with what i heard in blu ray 5.1 surround sound. they just not working together well on the driver/software side of things when it comes to 5.1 shooters. real shame, i rather liked them both :(

i know you guys will laugh at me but i have to enquire as i dont want to stand in the post office asking these questions lol. ive never sent any hardware back before overseas (im in belfast)

is it a recorded deliver i wanna get? and do i just write the address of wer its going on the box with a marker or sumthing or will the post office print me out a nice sticker like the 1 that was on the box for me when i received it. its only a pair of headphones and a soundcard so the box isnt that heavy.
