Can I return my 5870?

I received my 5870 on the 20th last month, I've been having driver issues, silly things that shouldn't happen but these ATI drivers are just of poor quality imo. Things like the card won't down clock to 2d clocks, it crashes in ONLY Starcraft 2 and other small things that are making me regret buying this card. I previously had a GTX280 and I didn't have any driver issues for the 2 years I used it.

I'd rather just return this and go with 460s in SLI, am I too late to do that? It's within 28 days for sure.

Was using 10.6 when I first got it, then I installed 10.7 when it came out. I've also just had some screen flickering while watching a 720p mkv on my secondary monitor. I'm not a fan for either brand, I just think it's bad that after a week I'm having problems on ATI but I've gone through 3 Nvidia cards in the past with no issues, other than they run quite hot.

I've already had enough tbh, do you know if I can return it to OC or am I too late?

Im fairly happy with my 5870 which iv had for a week.

I have seen some graphical issues with BFBC2 which I thought was crossfire related when I had my 3870x2, but I still get the 'lights in the sky' effect over some towns in the distance on certain maps.

But its a 1/10 occasion thing, so its not a large issue.

Did you re-install windows upon getting the 5870? That could explain most of your issues. As for having a problem with one game, how long have you been using PCs for to play games? New releases having a few problems is no new thing, it happens a lot.

The 2D clocks aren't meant to be clock down, if you override them then your going to get screen flicker when you have more then 1 monitor attached to the video card. If it's only crashing SC2 then it sounds more like a game problem then a video card issue. SC2 has been causing issues with PC's that are poorly ventilated so you should see if the temporary fix Blizzard has posted will fix this issue for you.

OC have setup an RMA for me, they should experience the same issue.

Freddie, the 2D clocks are 157/300, I'm getting 400/1200 after disabling my second monitor.
