can i return my order if i dont have my order number

I've quite stupidly lost my order number / receipt. I bought a processor which i dont need but im quite happy to swap it for something else of the same value, does anybody know if i could do a swap?

Contact OCUK and explain the situation, maybe you could use a credit card statement as proof.
