Can I return the HD2900XT if it's not silent?

Was just curious that the HD2900XT is being advertised as Silent in the Title, if it is not silent, then am I in my rights to return it, due to false advertising, also everyone's definition of Silent is different, some people think a Seagate 7200.10 is silent, while to me the motor noise from it sounds like a jet engine..., so why is this card being advertised as Silent in the Title, as I doubt it is quieter than a Zalman VF900 at 5v which is just about tolerable to my ears.., sounds like a marketing gimmick to me...

That said, I think it's fair to say that you should've bought an 8800 Series card in the first place if a silent cooler was such a high priority, and to be honest you only have yourself to blame for that because you don't have to go far to find out which one's louder.

Who said I bought it? ,assumption is the mother of all....., well you know the rest, was just curious as why advertise the itme being SILENT which in fact by your replies it isn't, lame marketing attepmt?, OCUK should be ashamed of themselves and it could work against them..

Anyway was thining about a GTX with HR03 PLus & No fan, would have got it to work except can't really find a satisfactory cpu cooling solution for my Silverstone SG03., another thing that gets me, Core2duo's are not energy efficient.., mine is idling at 55 degrees right now, and hits 76 at load using a Zalman 8700 at 5V....

Anyway back to the drawing board..
